I pulled out of a well-lit gas station, and stopped at a well-lit red-light. It was nighttime, and I forgot to turn my headlights back on when I turned out of the gas station. I got pulled over 10 feet from the gas station, and was given an $85 ticket for forgetting to turn on my headlights. What a joke. I’m sure Emporia is a fine place, but this even just put a grudge in my pocket :)

There’s nothing greater than visiting a site that showcases the true potential of humanity. It’s a breathtaking place where all of my heroes can be seen. Kennedy Space Center is a must, and the launch of the shuttle is a must-see as well.

St. Augustine is great for tourists or locals. I live in Jacksonville, and I go here a few times a month. It’s great to get some grub by the river, or just take a stroll down one of the many stone streets. The fort and the lighthouse are great spots to visit and take some pictures. Definitly take your lover to St. Augustine, its a romantic site :)

If you’re on a long road trip and want to use the bathroom and see some giant plastic dinosaurs, then this is your place. There’s really no point of stopping at South of the Border unless you’re looking to buy fireworks. I wouldn’t even recommend using the bathrooms at South of the Border, my friend actually puked because of the disgusting smell that lingered in the facilities. Don’t eat the food. Just go here to laugh with some friends, and then be on your way :)

Me and 4 of my buddies headed out from Jacksonville, Florida with a destinitation of Bethany Beach. You may ask yourself, why would 5 fellas from Florida go to a beach in Delaware? Hey, don’t ask us :) But we got a beach house and spent a wonderful week of lounging, drinking, and playing wiffle ball in the backyard. There’s a lot of great beach-strips to walk for miles on.

It’s got some great ski slopes. Not too large, not too small. Can get a big crowded, but if you’re looking for some beginners skiing, then I definitly recommend it. I went here a few years ago with my ex-girlfriend, cabins, tubing, hiking, it was a blast :)

An incredibly somber site. So much respect is felt there. You can’t help but tear up.

5 guys packed in my Ford Explorer, heading out from Jacksonville Florida up to New York city…one of the greatest road trips I’ve ever been on. Ah, I need another one of these road trips :)

Incredible hot dogs. Absolutely incredible ‘Orange Dream’ drinks. The place always looks crowded, but they do a great job of getting people their food fast. I’ve loved the varsity since I was a little boy living in Atlanta.

One of the best baseball stadiums I’ve ever attended. I lived in Atlanta for 8 years and had the pleasure of attending many games. Go Braves!
