Paris
The best part of Paris for me was the Moulin Rouge and the Louvre Museum. I did think Paris was dirty. Trash in the streets. Also I was pretty shocked to go down the street and see sexual positions photographed and on giant billboards. But it is definitely a trip everyone should take.
