Wow. I made a visit to the castle this past summer of 2006. I will probably never forget the castle. There was a lot of interesting facts that I learned about King Ludwig (The Mad King). This is also the model castle for the Cinderella Castle. No photography was allowed inside, but I did buy a book about the castle which has a lot of wonderful pictures. The inside is insanely ornate and beautiful. You would never dream up the rooms that are in this castle. If you ever get the chance to go be sure to tour the inside and take a close look at his bed. It is magnificently carved. I have never seen anything of the sort.

A Painful Experience, but also eye opening. It was one of the saddest places i visited on my vacation but very worth it. There is so much history in this camp that should never be forgoten. This camp is a rememberance or the brutality, but we must remember that there is a future.
