When I visted Victoria Harbour, it was nighttime — of course — because I wanted to see the lightshow. Unfortunately, I didn’t know much about what was going on, so I missed out on a LOT of the fun. Firstly, the lightshow comes with sound — but it’s broadcast in three different languages, each on different nights. Be sure to find out what night they’re doing the show in English before you go down, it’ll make the show that much more enjoyable!
over 4 years agoBelieve it or not, even though I grew up on Vancouver Island, and made frequent trips to Vancouver, I have not yet managed to visit this site. Just recently, my step-son (with his biological mother) — for his first trip out of the Yukon Territory — got to go, and loved it. My other step-son has not yet been. When we go home to visit my parents next, I intend to take him (and his brother, and father.)
