After mind boggling stay at Ft. Lauderdale for LANGERADO, me and the boys took a little trip down south (Chucky, Gavin). Great Fun! Lots of shitty people but just avoid Duval st. and your OK. Locals are great, head to the Drunken Parrot for drinks. We saw Hackensaw Boys play for free 2 nites in a row. Wished I stayed at El Rancho. Rent some bikes and cruse…

Beach bum town, really great. Go snorkeling, get pissed, eat at rasta pasta…

This is a must see! Ive been here twice, once kayacking and once hiking. Absoululty gerogeous and so much fun, no explanation necessary just get there!

I lived here in the summer 2005 with the crew; Brian Dabbs, Janice Gaudett, Aryon Marteli and Dave Dankers. Most of us stayed at the Centabay Hostel and worked in exchanged for board. Me & Dave worked at The Cruza Bar, where we were treated like family. So much to do, Russel, fires on the beach, bars, paragliding, water tours, etc. Centabay is the most laidback hostel, not super touristy, sports a diverse group in all ways, kayacks and bikes available. Make sure to check out THE CRUZA BAR, say hello to the owners Bob & Lezzlie, the manager Shelly and all the Locals, Shaq, Snow, Lonnie, etc.

I took this package tour which bussed groups to two waterfalls in adition to palenque. Palenque was great, better in the morning b/f it gets crowded. Somehow we walked in without paying? Explore!

This was my favorite town in Mexico, had good vibes and was a good size. This is the site of the EZLN (Zapatista) uprising in 1994 when the town was occupied, today there is medium sized military contingent around the central square/market. This town is a MUST!

great sleeply little town, stay at Lo Cosmico cabanas (east end of the beach) and drink Bohemia Beer. I talked to the lifeguard for a while, he explained that there are very dangerous currents/rips…no one gets in above their knees.
