Oldest village in Lapland. It has not been burned down during the second world war so there are original wooden buildings where people are actually still living in.

A nice little place worth a visit when you are in the neighbourhood!

Howards End is a house from with the same name as the book of EM Forster and the movie with Emma Thompson and Anthony Hopkins. It is my favourite book and one of my favourite movies too. The house plays such an important part in the book that I want to see it with my own eyes and walk through the garden like vanessa redgrave does at the beginning.

After reading “Der Blechtrommel” I would like to see gdansk. Dont really know why it is talking to me like it does…

It was home… once upon a time…

This place still excists in Eindhoven Holland. I visited there as a child many times. It used to be a science exposition, but now it is a conference center. I hope to meet more people here who are old enough to have nice adventurous childhood memories of this place, just like I do…

I have been about 10 times to lanzarote and I still love it. Every year I discover something new. Not always big, but a local restaurant or a beautiful view… I stay in Puerto Del Carmen which is very touristic, but then again has all the facilities for a beach holiday and some evening fun.

DO NOT GO TO Playa Blanca!!! That is a completely new place build up out of hotels and nothing else. Not fun.

I have not been to Spitsbergen yet, but a friend of mine has. Now I want to go too. It sounds really exciting and special. She has been hiking there and had a cool adventure. They did go in the summertime. Wintertime is harsh… Maybe too harsh for comfort.

I want to go to Kilpisjärvi because I have heard it is really beautiful up there. It is in Fell Lapland all the way up north. I havent been so far up north yet and I hope to go for a short hike there this summer…
