Gremlins and Blizzards — 1 year ago
The last trip we took to Mt Washington, we took in a 1974 AMC Gremiln, during February, I think it was in 1994 or 1995. We had been foolish enough to not check the weather reports before leaving, in fact we hadn’t really planned the trip at all, it was just a jump in the car and go, spur of the moment road trip. We made it half way up the mountain when a blizzard started and dumped about 3 feet of snow on us. It was one of the most fun times we ever had! I’d love to do it again.

This is the most beautiful place on Earth. The trees, the ocean, the views, the salt air, the wildlife; lush green, and happy. I love the Thunder Hole best of all. I greww up on the Maine coast, and I’ve visited most every town in Maine, this is the ultimate best of Maine, best of the world. Someday I hope to live here.
