New York City, New York State
An intense place.
Summer time is always a blast there. It’s too bad that CBGB’s isn’t doing the kind of shows anymore that I used to go to.

over 5 years agoScrew the touristy downtown area, go get some Mexican food at a corner store and wander around south of the train station. That’s where the real city is, screw the north end too.
over 5 years agoThe metro Boston area is a fucking insane place to develop as a young teen. Walking around the Charles River and seeing shit like children’s clothing in bushes and finding things like crackpipes and half full cans of mace will leave an interesting mark on someone. I remember getting a bike with no brakes stolen from me from behind the Arsenial Mall.
