It’s a city… the new part is gross, lots of high rises and fat white people. The old part is gorgeous. There are cobblestone streets and tamales and smiles!

A beautiful, fun place but I prefer the more rural areas because there is less glitzy Americana stuff (Coca-Cola, touristas, etc.)
