I lived in San Diego, and it really ties with Miami as my favorite city. I miss the mountains, Balboa Park, the zoo, La Jolla shores, the Mexican food…hah! I love it there so much and I would live there if it wasnt so expensive…but then Id miss Miami.
I need to win the lottery so I can do split-residencey asap.
over 5 years agoI went to Brockville, ON to see a play, I was living in Watertown, NY at the time so it was just a stones throw. I liked this city actually….this was just a day trip 6 years ago, but I still remember having lunch at this cute little diner…my friends and I had fun exploring the city.
over 5 years agoI was stationed in Ft. Drum, the miliary post near Watertown, and though I cannot say I would go back to live, or to visit because there was so much to do (there wasnt anything to do)…I would go back just to visit the great friends who are locals there that after all these years I still keep in touch with.
Its not exactly a tourist destination though, that I promise you.
