Belgium

(in Europe)
Will have to go back...

As I kinda blew through Belgium on my way back to “PARIS”, and really never had the chance to get to know this lovely corner of the world, or it’s people living there…though I did notice they had beautiful architecture, quaint country sides, and chocolates that make you want to give up eating any other food other than “Belgium Chocolates” night and day !! So I suppose I will just have to take another side trip to Belgium the next time I am in Pari, and stay just a little while longer…or at least long enough to fill all my pockets with chocolate anyway…. ;)

Hanauma Bay

Worth visiting!

A review of this place: It's Brilliant !!.....

..Even if it is “REALLY” crowded at times , it’s still worth the visit. Gorgeous Bay just perfect for snorkeling , or scuba diving if you want to go a little deeper, plenty of fish to go around for every one,....though do be careful…as some of the locals bite… I am referring to the greedy “Jack” fish who mistook my finger for a morsel of food ,(and the more I tryed to pull it out…the harder he bit…I was afraid I might attract the sharks next , what with all the blood he drew, ..little bugger..) but aside from that, great place to loose a day or two, and if you are not so inclined to get you feet wet, or your finger bit for that matter…there is always the beach… that is if you can find a spot to stretch out on !!!...Just go if you get the chance, you’ll love it!!!

Salisbury Cathedral

Worth visiting!

Salisbury Cathedral

I happened upon this little English beauty late my first night in Salisbury while wandering around the quiet streets long after everyone else had gone home, taking random pictures of everything foreign, like only a tacky tourist would . When out from around the corner , she showed herself to me, standing tall, proud, and very much majestic in the surrounding greenery .I must say I knew little of her, but I dared to venture a closer look, and chance a feel of the cool stone under my hands. When I heard a sweet sounding melody mixed with my laughter coming from the depths of it’s interior, and I couldn’t help but be drawn in,.... so in the door I slipped…I will not soon forget the softness that reached my ears , as a choir of Angles stood singing with all their hearts , the feeling it gave me,... sent shivers down my back. I wandered through the deserted courtyards, and surrounding area, only later to discover much of where I wandered was off limit to the general public, ... no wonder it was so peaceful and quiet. It was such a tranquil , soul filling path to wander down … and one day I will return , one day,... as the Angles wait to sing me one more song…..

Space Needle

The last time I went to this place

Well let’s see , there is the glass elevator, (great if you don’t mind heights), souvenir shop full of all kinds of expensive little goodies, restaurant much like the souvenir shop, full of all kinds of expensive little goodies , not to mention the fact that it revolves around !!, though not so fast that it might make ya sick…and the view… lovely,...as long as you happen to get it on a day other than the normal “Seasonal Seattle Liquid Sunshine” kind of a day, you can see the orcas playing in the bays…. well OK…not really.. but you get my drift…speaking of drifts… be forewarned, it can get very windy up there on the outside of the needle!!! So Hold onto your hats folks !!!... Among other things….
