I was born and raised in Chicago but just a few years ago I moved to Oklahoma for my husband. I miss Chicago and my sister dearly. I try to go back once a year but when it comes time to leave,its really hard. I miss the busy city life, the opportunities, the amazing places and things to see around every corner!I want my children to grow up having all these choices and possibilities.In a city like Chicago you can make dreams come true!I miss Chicago,thats my home. :(

The reason I love this place is because living there I learned so much,about so many different things,people,places. I learned to love so many things! It made me the eccentric person I am!

We went through it a couple of weeks ago.wasnt scary because it was day time. it was nice and calm. Kind of sad. This scary guy was there stealing the change people leave on the graves. He was the scariest thing there. We hiked a lil further but didnt see the house foundation,maybe next time.

my husband walked through the entire place about a month ago,he video taped it on our cell phone,it’s about 10 minutes long,I’d love to post it for everyone but I’m not sure how…..if any knows a way,let me know….the tape is fast and blurry but it’s still great!

Go early….everything closes early compared to the rest of Chicago,even when the stores and restuarants close,it’s still nice to walk around and see the lake.See a movie at the IMAX theatre and take the kiddies to the Childrens museum!It’s fun!Don’t forget to check it out during halloween!Very spooky!!!

It was nice but I can’t say I’d really care to go back.It’s beautiful and all,it’s just not on my to do list.Althoug I’d like to take my husband there,even if he’s been there,it would be nice to go together.

The best part about it was seeing the huge Condor flying up above.That was awesome.

I used to live in Chicago so I used to pass by it all the time.So yes,I have been there but never to actually watch a game.My husband and I plan on going to a game there someday.Maybe pick up a vienna hot dog from “The weiner circle”.

The family and I enjoy strolling along the water,playing in the fountains and stopping by a restaurant to eat!I especially love Chelinos chips and salsa!Checking out a baseball game or taking a carriage ride is also nice too!

I take the kids here a lot.Almost Every week.It is perfect size for a family!No getting lost here.Also it has several entertaining shows throught the day.The kids love it and the people are really nice!I recommend the double park season passes,for Frontier City and White Water Bay.

I love it!This is one of my favorite places to go.I try to stop by everytime I’m back home.It’s great for all ages,kids love it,it’s VERY kid friendly.It has several tanks that go all the way down to the floor, for people at any level,it also has a big tank right in the middle,where the kids can watch a scuba diver dive in and feed the fish,while telling you fishy facts!I never get tired of it and theres always new things to see.Pay the extra money to get in all the exhibits,it’s worth it!Trust me you’ll be missing out if you don’t.Check the website or call and ask about “Free days”.The free days are usually the same as the Field Museum free days so if you get there early you may have time to walk over and check the Field Museum out aswell or even the Adler Planetarium.

I love this town,it’s where I grew up and where I call home.It’s a great town with endless possibilities!I never realized how great it is until I left and now I miss it so much.You don’t have to leave it to realize it’s great though.It has everything and anything your looking for.It’s really an amazing place to be,whether you live there or your just visiting.If your just visiting,try and stay as long as you can,take it all in,don’t miss anything because you’ll be sorry you had and you’ll find yourself going back shortly.
