This was just one stop on the best road trip ever. Southern home cooking at its best. LOVED the squash casserole (my group had fun trying to figure out just what vegetable it was)!

I witnessed the Florida Gators win the 2007 National Championship in men’s basketball.

Best Mexican food in the Jacksonville area. This location opened in 2006, based on the success of the original location on Kingsley Avenue in Orange Park.

Stores include: Publix, Target, Barnes & Noble, Apple, Anthropologie, Sephora, The Sharper Image, J. Crew… and still growing.

You have not lived until you have experienced a game in “The Swamp”. This is one of the loudest, largest (capacity 88,548), and toughest places to play college football.

My alma mater… loved it so much I stayed an extra year for grad school. Beautiful campus, fun town, great people. GO GATORS!

Located just north of the UF campus, El Indio is good, fast, very cheap eats. I like Burrito Brothers’ guac better though.
