I have been too Oahu and the Big Island. Want to see this trpical local next.

Spent 6 days down here on the hill side as spotters for ships qualifying for Naval gunfire support.

Most of the time we were on the beaches with cases of beer and no one around for what seemed like ever.

Sorry place to put an impact area but I wasn’t complaining at the time.

Spent a lot of time on Ramrod key. Close enough to Key West for fun but not having to deal with a lot of the tourist stuff.

Everyone should spend 3 hours eating a meal near sunset in the Keys.

It will soothe the soul.

Hiked over one of the shoulders on our way back to base. Beautiful country. walked across the valley to the Buddist Peace Pagoda across the way and then sat in a coffe shop and drank impossibley expensive coffee with a buddy.

Good times and great trip.

Would love to go back.

A group of buddies and me are looking to possibly charter a boat to tool around the Sea of Cortez for about 4 or 5 days.

Would love to hear if anyone has tried it? What time of year did you go? Where did you charter from? Where did you go while you were there??

I used to dream of franchising this place 10 years ago. Of course I don’t own the company and now they are doing it anyway.

Anyone ever do the Danube by house boat??

My wife and I had an amazing time at this resort. On the pricey side but worth every penny.

Dreamed of going here for years. Absolutely incredible. Worth seeing at least once in your life.

Stayed in a cabin here around 96 with my family. We had a great time. Awesome mountain biking on the Tsali (sp?) trail. Did some rock climbing too.

I would say skip the Smokey Mountain Railroad unless you like looking at foliage 3’ in front of your face at 12 mph.
