over 6 years agoI had a good time in France, but I had a difficult time finding food that tasted good to me. I never thought I would look forward to getting the lunch on an airplane! I took my son to the Eiffel Tower. He chased pigeons around the tower. The he rode the carousel next to the tower. We went to the Louve. He had his picture taken with the Mona Lisa. I wish I had more time and money so that I could travel more often.
over 6 years agoWhen I was in third grade I used to watch a show called Big Blue Marble on Saturday mornings, back when cartoons were not on 24-7. During the show they gave an address that you could send your address to and you would be matched with another child your age in another county. Amy Yew and I have been pen pals since then. She lives in Kuala Lumper. We grew up together. We have never spoken, but she knows me very well. I am 36 now, but I am still excited to get a letter from her. Amy has been a constant in my changing world. I am so glad that she has been part of my life. We have emailed over the years, but I prefer snail mail.
