Rotterdam was a bit too urban for my tastes, but the cube houses make a visit worthwhile, check them out!

The only reason I went here was to visit a friend, but I fell in love with this quaint city immediately and can’t wait to go back, even if it’s just for some giant pancakes at Oudt Leyden!

I thought going to New York City on my own would be an intimidating experience, but I was so wrong. The city is easy to get around (by subway), the people were great, no one was snotty or rude and there is so much to look at, great indie rock shows (free ones too…). A weekend is so not long enough.

I can’t wait to go back :)

It’s flat and there’s lots of wheat. Prairie dogs are cute.

We went horseback riding through the rainforest and we saw monkeys!!

Coober Pedy is a quirky little place and totally worth a visit! Everything is underground and dusty. It’s actually a pretty surreal kind of place. A strange ghost town in the middle of desert. Try underground camping, it’s so cool! Just remember that Coober Pedy is filled with frustrated miners so bring a friend and don’t fall into any holes!
