We enjoyed a lovely felucca ride on the Nile while we visited Aswan. While quietly sailing through the water, we were treated to beautiful views of trailing flowers and greenery everywhere. We had a terrific surprise when we were serenaded by two boys in a fishing boat. Both were hoping for a little cash bonus, so they took requests. We loved their version of The Ketchup Song!

This town isn’t often visited by tourists. It is home to the beautiful Dendera Complex, where you’ll find the Temple of Hathor. This is such an amazing temple! The town itself is lovely, with beautiful fountains in the traffic circles and flowers everywhere. It is also one of the cleanest places I’ve ever seen. The people were just wonderful!

This city is absolutely wonderful! Everyone we met was incredibly nice. The city is an amazing combination of the ancient and the modern. There are so many beautiful places to see! We stayed in Zamalek, which is a lovely neighborhood.
