I went to Israel for the first time last year. We went on a tour of the whole country except Eilat. Tel Aviv is fun for clubbing and shopping but I liked the smaller cities better. Tzfat, Tiberias, Cesarea were all amazing. So much history and so much to do you will need at least 2 weeks.

I found this to be the only “nothing special” tourist area in Rome. Loved Rome but will avoid this place like the plague next time. Cheesy ads hung from the top of the steps really ruined the whole atmosphere.

Beautiful fountain and surrounding sculptures. Try to go early morning in the summer so you can avoid most of the tourists. At night watch out for pickpockets and those trying to sell you roses.
