I suppose it is a good place to be to receive basic training but I had no good memories coming out of basic training other than the friends I made.

A tip I have about this place
Take water and salty snacks, you are going to need the them. It would help before you hike the trail to do 2 -3 months of step aerobics. It will make your hike so much eaiser.
