it was fun~

yep.

it was a fun experience, we went on christmas eve, but the line was wayyyyy too long! it was neat b/c when we were in the LONG line you could hear so many other languages being spoken!

me and dustin went here for christmas 2007. i loved it! my fave things were the cool toy stores and the hotel we stayed.. the pod.. it was really small, we had bunk beds! but it was cool.. also we went to the empire state building, brooklyn bridge, the world trade center site, the ghostbusters firehouse, ate pizza, drank starbucks, ooo! Went to Serendipity and drank frozen hot chocolate, ice-skated at wollman rink in central park, etc.. it was great!

going there this christmas!!! yay!!!

I’m going here over Christmas!!! And we are definitly ice skating, going to the top of the empire state building, going to serendipity and just plain looking around, i’m so excited!

I got married here March 20th 2007

I liked the cabin and the mountains, but the town was a little tourist-y.

I loved Helen! I just went this wkend, Feb 17-18 2007 and it SNOWED!!! it was such a cute little town.. romantic.. we took a horse & carriage ride, snuggled under a blanket.. we ate lots of junk like a strawberry & whipped cream funnel cake, carmel & candy apples, white chocolate covered strawberrys, and cherries & candy & more… we saw some giant icicles & SNOW!
i loved it!

I wouldn’t really want to stay longer than one night, two at the max.. we stayed at motel 6 for 40.00 w/ tax, the other places were about 85 – best western and super 8 —and motel 6 was clean & had a bed, a shower, cable & a heater- all we needed for the night.

I went, I saw, it was great.
We stayed at the Hotel Lombardy & walked everywhere..
we took a few taxis too cause my feet hurt, (i’m not used to walking so much) We went in December but one day it was strangely hot and we went to the zoo & I only wore a short sleeved t shirt. I saw a baby panda up CLOSE.. probably the closest you could, at the zoo.. it was in the tree, we were on the roof.. I got ENGAGED!!! and a diamond ring :) At the Lincoln Memorial, at night, very pretty.. I went up in the Washington Monument, saw the declaration of Independance, toured the capital. Saw some Monet, George de la toure ? (spelling?) Picaso, Pollock, LOTS of art… saw the White House & the big, huge Christmas tree, fed a squirrel a blueberry muffin, went to the train station mall thing, had starbucks, ate at the Hard Rock Cafe, Went to where Lincoln was shot (Ford’s theater) & accross the street where he died…
Went to the FDR memorial, the Jefferson memorial, went ICESKATING!! Shopped, went to TGI fridays.. did lots, too much to remember acctually.. but i loved it!

I liked this place, i went the summer of 06 w/ my mom and Scott
it was very rainy that day..
it was fun.. i thought the museum would be a little bigger, but it was still cool.
