Here and Alpharetta last week (Tuesday afternoon).. Thank you to EVERYONE who was not abusive in traffic during that same very hot, crowded time of the day.. ;)

A friend has property that is technically located here..

We just can’t locate it..

HATE when that happens..

Shhhhh.. I hear they “finally” opened their doors for business a few days ago (New Year’s Eve, 2006)..

Family owned and operated, they’ve created a place they would want to visit (and me, too, time and everything else willing)..

Digital jukebox.. 2 wide screens and several smaller tvs scattered throughout.. Dance floor.. Pool and other game tables..

Kids very welcome until 8:00pm when it then becomes drinking age only the rest of the evening..

Full kitchen until approximately 9:00pm then appetizers ‘til closing..

Located a half mile down old Route 66 from Exit 41 off I-40.. Should pretty much be able to see it from 66 once you’re there..

Been a while since it happened, but the one and only Goober could occasionally be seen visiting in the square..

Just one of those pleasant little places to stop along the way when one is cruising through the area. Has several antique and flea market-type places around..

Wally World, Dollar Zone, Lowe’s, the Library.. (As one can tell, this 43Thinger lives an exciting Life..)

There is a very breathtaking view I accidentally found one time after once again missing that dadgum notorious Left turn at Albuquerque.. One of these days, I’m going to try to recreate the scene of the crime to see if I can’t find the same view again. Do believe I hear a roadtrip calling.. :D

If one gets down into the nitty-gritty behind the scenes of living an inclusive, quality Life in the community. ;D

Biggest problem I have with it is that my mind never wants to place it as far north as it is on Georgia maps.

Well, that and Rose’s.

My friend used to own the Marble Quarry pond so we spent a decent amount of time in the area just for that reason. Just a quieter area, but even that’s changer as the 4-lane made it so easy to get there from Atlanta and beyond. Yikes. :|

VERY busy place when I was invited to go with friends at lunchtime. Unique and yet somehow reminded me of Bayside down in Miami..
