Was for a youth rally and skiing at Spirit Mountain, which is AMAZING, especially at night. As you ski/snowboard down, you’re looking at Lake Superior and Duluth all lit up. Gorgeous.

Duluth is beautiful and lively/quaint/quirky and I love it. I’m moving there in six months!

I’m going either in April or July (or both) on a missions-esque trip with three other people. We’re going to go and help a woman who’s raising thirteen kids, all that she has taken in because otherwise they’d go hungry and without shelter. She also feeds 80+ children twice a day. Amazing.


I’m really excited to go down and help out, but I am a little afraid of the risk of kidnapping. But the potential good outweighs the fear in my mind. over 5 years ago
