I was expecting so much more.
It was disappointing.
Maybe next time I’ll go in the off season.

I stayed in NY for a month for work, and the place just transfixed me. One thing I loved and missed were the people. It’s hard to adjust once you get there, but when you leave, everywere else just seems empty and lifeless.

I’d love to go here. Ive watched something about it on the discovery channel some years ago, and staying there, or just chilling for a while would be one of the coolest things ever.

(pun! not a very good one at that)

Just breathtaking at sunset

On a particularly rainy night a group of friends made our pilgrimage out to go see Abe.
It was mind blowing. maybe it was the rain, maybe it was the company, but definitly something everyone has to go see once.

If you have the opportunity and time, visit Crete. The sights colors and smells are just amazing. Take time to go visit little visited beaches and towns.
I visited the Red Beach in South Crete, and the views on the 40 min walk was mind blowing. People are friendly everywere. Most European languages such as French, Spanish and Italian, will have fluent speakers around them, making traveling around easy.

My father was born here during the 60’s when my grandfather was working for a petrol company. Although he didn’t stay long, the stories my grandfather and grandmother told me about Ive always wanted to spend some time there.
Altough I realize things have changed, I would still like to see what life is life, and were my father’s first home.
