Newport, Newport County

Summer 05

Beautiful City, I loved the coast and the fact that this was a sailing city. The mansions were gorgeous, and the down town area very pleasant. The night life is definitly much more fun than on the west coast, people are just friendlier and will just talk to you and ask about your day, with sincerity. Wonderful time.

I loved the trees and the vegetation, it reminded me a lot of Europe. Really beautiful. Worth seeing for a summer vacation.

Great city, but I went there when it was 100 degrees under the sun! Couldn’t walk anywhere and ended up taking refuge in AC cooled bookstores for more of the afternoons, until it was a bit cooler in the evening. But I loved the hustle bustle and just the energy of the town, very reminiscent of San Francisco.
