I’m writing my senior thesis on modern Germany so I figured it would be a great place to go. And part of my family is from there and since I’ve been to Ireland where the other part is from, I figured I should round out the experience.

It was ok. I don’t really like planes, but in general it wasn’t bad, a must see if you enjoy planes and what not.

If you have kids with your the museum would be way cooler, or at least you would have a better reason to go. But the Submarine is was great, and I’d recommend that to anyone.

what I saw of it it was a nice town. but don’t listen to me I was only there for an hour.

It was a nice well kept town. Worth a stop. However don’t eat at the crab shack. i mean it was ok food. But it was over priced. The Fish and chips were way to expensive and extemely over seasoned….as if they were trying to hide something. And the crab, although good, was over priced for the size. And it would be better if they offered the crab hot and not cracked. Because cracking the crab yourself makes it way better.

Saw three pods of Orcas around there, amazing

Its worth it just for the countryside. But not much to do unless you drive to Port Townsen or Port Angeles

It had good food. But i understand the idea that the place if full of locally owned pubs and brewries. But It doesn’t feel very corporaty. The salads were good and its right off the max if you feel that hunger pain and can’t stand to walk half a block.

Its a beautiful building.

It wasn’t a bad place…I mean it smelled…like cow shit and something else, which I’m guess was the cheese.

And yeah its close to the ocean and lighthouses and what not, but really the only reason to go there is for the factories so i wasn’t that interested in the place.
