Victoria is not the most happening place in Canada, however a night spent a Big Bad John’s soothed the bad impression I first had of the city’s vibe. Barmen in overalls serving good local brews is bound to engrave some fine memories in your mind. You can even leave a trace of your passing by hanging a piece of clothing or adding a graffiti on the wall, which gives the small bar an eclectic yet interesting decor. It’s worth the detour just to shamelessly throw peanut shells on the ground while listening to some Johnny Cash.
