Ferris Wheel, Palette Town

Thunder and Lightning

This ride takes over twenty minutes..after we got in the metal box, a gigantic thunder and lightning storm started! I have it all on camera..it was SO SCARY! We were pretty sure that we would conduct the lightning when we reached the top. But, it was an memorable ride!

Olympic National Park, Washington State

I can see it out the window..

of my parents house. I grew up across the road from the park boundary that leads up to Hurricane Ridge. I love the park. I always feel so tranquil going to visit. There are so many hidden trails and locations that you can visit that aren’t strenuous and don’t take a lot of time to get to. One of the benefits of having a year long pass is that I get to explore these places! I was born and lived my entire life until college in Port Angeles. If you have questions about the areas stretching from Hurricane Ridge to the Lake Crescent/Sol Duc area, those are my stomping grounds. Enjoy your trip, its a truely beautiful place!

Victoria, Vancouver Island

Untitled

I live across the ocean from Victoria and LOVE visiting. It’s so gorgeous. I love the English feel. It’s so different from the rest of Canada. High Tea at the Empress is gorgeous and you feel very royal. It’s about $30 American, but worth it at least once (or the four times I’ve done it, lol). There is a great night scene here too. Any questions about day or night activities, let me know!
