before the awful, awful hurricane season of 2005. I still want to go there, but I want to give them a chance to rebuild solidly. And I think I’ll go outside of the hurricane season, too. I would like to see the French Quarter and go to Emeril’s restaurant. I’m sure there are other things to do, just don’t know about them.

If you love seafood and would like to try out some “Low Country” cuisine, this place would be a great one to try out! You’ll find the menu here. This time around, I tried the coconut shrimp, and it is pretty good, but not my favorite. However, I am a huge fan of the popcorn shrimp. I also absolutely love “Shrimp & Grits!” If you’re scared of that combination, at least try the “Edisto Grits” as a side dish.

This site really doesn’t give you any idea of the wonderful things you can see, but my family and I did this Christmas Eve night, and I was really impressed! :D

If you’ve got young children, I believe they’d love it. However, all of us that went were adults and we enjoyed it.

It kind of reminded me of the Electric Parade at Disney World…only you drove through instead of watched it go by.

not sure. Maybe it was “all in my head!” ;)

I can’t believe that I haven’t been on-site here in this long…I haven’t thought about this place in weeks.

It still makes me smile, though.

I’ll be thinking about ideas for our next target! Give me a couple of days…

The thing that most readily come to my mind that I would like to see is the Musée de Louvre. I’d like to see the French Riviera region, too…since my parents lived there for a little while. Of course if I go to France, Paris is a must. I’d like to see the Eiffle Tower, as well.

There’s enough there to keep you occupied at least half of the day! With the exhibits and all. I would go back again just to relive the old days when my family and I went when I was a kid.
