I moved to Akron because I fell in love with somebody living here. I have discovered I like this town. I like its history and its past intrigues me. The fact that there are som many Native American traces scattered around the city, has gotten me curious about this city’s past and its desire to keep these renmants of a long gone past alive.
I also learned that the University of Akron was founded by Universalits, who wanted to have a place where people of all backgrounds and all beliefs would be able to learn and grow as professionals.
Akron is close enough to Cleveland and to Columbus not to appear too backward. And you can find places to go in a heartbeat.
