Ah my friends – even on a dank Monday in February, Cambridge is lovely. Elegant architecture, friendly and polite people, plenty to do and see, lots of wonderful places to walk… Loved it and would like to go back again in the summer.

OK! This time it’s really happening! We’re booked into the Gonville Hotel Cambridge for two nights, 12 – 14 Feb.

AT LAST!! All my life I’ve lived about an hour away from Cambridge and never made it there yet. I can’t wait!!

It’s only an hour away by car but I’ve never been into Cambridge. However Jimmy’s work ops conference is in Cambridge this year, and if it finishes on a Friday, I’m going to go up and spend the weekend there with him. Cool!
