Aden

Honeymoon.
I didn’t make it to Aden – yet. But my hope is that when I marry “esposo mio”, we’ll go to Yemen (Aden, Sana’a, Socotra, and more) for our honeymoon. Yalla habibi :)

Why?

The move to Yemen is about 40 weeks away.

Why I want to go to Ad?
- I loved it in Sana’a. Aden has an even warmer climate, and waterfront.
Questions I have about Ad?
- How can I get permission to live there for about a year, while avoiding the frequent medical testing?
A story about Ad?
- I hear it’s the liberal (anything goes) city of Yemen – relatively.
A rumour about Ad?
You can find exotic dancing(!) ladies.
What I want to do in Ad?
Learn Arabic. Teach trading. Live in bliss. Eat fresh fish on the beach.
What I imagine Aden to be like?
A surprise. Different (probably less uniform) architechture than in Sana’a. No cold weather, ever. My home.
