Newport

The first time I went to this place was following my first time surfing Second Beach. The cliff walk is nice, if you like to walk outside. Also, there is a good little surf spot along the cliff walk that really only works on huge swells, but when it works, it’s a lot of fun.

Newport is really fun in the summer. The cliffwalk offers a look at the backside of some of the mansions as you walk along the cliff that borders the ocean (aptly named, huh?). After the cliffwalk, you can head down to First Beach for some fun in the water.
