Lots of quaint little shops and great hotels and restaurants (especially The Ugly Mug). Great beaches and a really cool lighthouse. Cape May “diamonds”. Dolphin- and whale-watching tours. A GREAT sense of history. The sunken concrete ship. There are tons of cool things to do in Cape May. Don’t forget to check it out in late December, when they take something like 16 of the fanciest houses and deck them out for Christmas—including walking tours through them, where each becomes a makeshift museum and there are carolers walking around time and the town hall is serving cookies and hot chocolate to all the cold sightseers.
