My mom and I were in Boston at the end of August this year, and one of the more touristy things we did was to take one of those 90-minute cruises through Boston Harbor. It went past all the harbor’s islands and we learned a lot. Plus the view is just gorgeous. We had an amazing day for it weatherwise—the water was smooth and glasslike, it was warm but not hot, sunny, blue skies… you couldn’t ask for a more perfect day to be out on the water.
I’d love to rent a boat next time I go to Boston and take it out on the harbor for a whole day. That’d be amazing.
