certainly inexepensive and if you take the time to learn just a wee bit of russian, the people are incredibly generous.
the city is built on a massive scale and the subway is the most efficient and beautiful i have ever used.
be sure to immerse yourself in life of the city – i recommend visiting in winter for the incredibly dark and cold days which, in the very least, ensure drip free icecream cones.

be sure to immerse yourself in life of the city – i reccommend visiting in winter for the incredibly dark and cold days which certainly make ice cream cones last longer.
