While I’m a die hard devotee of the Drunken Chicken sandwich – I decided it was time to branch out. Last Friday I had the traditional vietnamese style tofu sandwich and an arugula salad. The mayo on the tofu sandwich was delicious, along with the tasty veggies. It was good to branch out a bit.
