A review of this place: Best vacation of my life — 1 month ago
I went to Panama over Christmas/New Years’ 2007/2008. This was by far the best vacation I’ve ever taken. I went to Costa Rica in 2005, and it was NOTHING compared to Panama. One great thing about the entire country of Panama is that there are far less tourists here than in Costa Rica. Everywhere I went in Costa Rica, there were English-speakers butting into line, and asking me questions. However, in Panama, it was far more laid back, with few fellow tourists, allowing me to really absorb the culture.
