Why I want to go to this place — 2 years ago
I live in Phoenix and often because of my work travel to Yuma. Everytime on my way to Yuma, I drive through Gila Bend which is a sleepy little town of 1980 residents (2000 census). As I pass through Gila Bend I see this place. It is just so odd and out of place and I imagine that when it was built it was probably “the place to be”. I think I want to stop someday and just spend the night; just because it is there!
