I just stumbled upon this site today, but maybe it’s old news. I wrote about it in the 3 person vegetarian group here on 43 places, but I think it’s worth sharing with everyone.

I found a fantastic entry on Yelp called Beyond Salad—Restaurants with Great Vegan Selections. This list is certainly not just for vegans, but lovers of good food. I haven’t been to every place on the list, but I’ve been to the Other Side Cafe (pricey!) and can’t recommend it enough. I’ve heard so many good things about Grasshopper that I can’t believe I haven’t been there considering how close I lived to Chinatown. Well, it’s fun to get out and visit new places. A fantastic place for everyone is the Trident Booksellers & Cafe—eat a lovely meal, hang out with a cup of coffee and read a magazine or book!

I found a fantastic entry on Yelp called Beyond Salad—Restaurants with Great Vegan Selections. I’m not vegan, but it’s nice to know some new (& old favorites) to where I can go and eat out. What are some places you recommend?

I live here. Everyday I find myself amazed what Boston has to offer (and annoyed and what it doesn’t). This is such a passionate city with loads of history. The seasons here are to the extreme and definitely worth it. Spring is the best time for tourists, the Boston Common & Gardens are lush and full of flowers and ducks and weddings and dogs and picnic-ers. The summer is humid and miserable, but rewarding to sit outside with your Italian Ice and watch the sun glint off the State House. Fall is my personal favorite season with all the leaves falling around me and the giant piles to fall into, and the winter is…cold…but the snow is beautiful and I wouldn’t have it any other way. There are just so many things to see here in Boston. This is a very visual place. My eyes always feel busy, but so do my ears, fingers and toes. A great place to walk around.
