Why I want to go to this place — 2 years ago
as part of my art major curriculum, i’ve been taking a lot of art history classes as of late. previously, art history used to bore the heck out of me. i had no interest in it whatsoever. but somehow this semester, i’ve just awoken to all the beauty in it all (maybe it’s an age thing). i’ve learned that i’m particularly interested in Greek & Roman art, as well as the Renaissance Period. i really want to see all the monuments i’ve learned about up close and just examine it with a new eye.
it’s also not a bad thing that i love italian food as well!
