When I was in Stockholm I took a cruise on a no-frills cruise to St. Petersberg. I have never seen so many people staggering around with a bottle of Absolut in my life. Both the Swedes and the Ruskies loved the non-taxed booze and you could drink from your own bottle anywhere onboard. Except for the bars where you had to buy drinks from the bar. I had one day in St Petersberg and took a tour to the Hermitage. It was no where close to enough time. It was like the cliffs notes of museum tours. I really want to go back.
