Why I want to go to this place — 2 years ago
Another place I visited on business (Delhi) and didn’t get to see enough of. More than any other country I’ve been to, I was stuck by the smell. It came back in my clothes and lingered in my nostrils and whenever we got a shipment of books from India at my former workplace, there it was. A mixture of petroleum and people. Hard to describe, but I know it when I smell it. And it evokes memories of Delhi and a longing to go back and see and experience more.
