Go to Bumbershoot! One of the best festivals/events I went to when I lived in WA, which is saying a LOT because I lived there during the grunge years. ;)

During my Army years I was stationed at Ft. Lewis. A lot of people didn’t like it, but I felt so fortunate to be in Washington. It is so clean and beautiful. There is so much to do in this state, so long as you’re willing to get out and see it. Those who like to be entertained might not like it, but if you’re willing to get your hands dirty, take a hike, go to small unknown clubs, etc., you will love Washington. :)
