I’ve been to Caracas many times (just a few day before taking the plane to Carupano, where my relatives live) and I’ve always noticed that it’s a place very dangerous. The same thing said my relatives and my cousin, who lives there with his family.
Unfortunately in Caracas there are many chances to find a regular job so many people move there from all the little towns…
Venezuelans are my favourite people so far, I’ve never met such friendly and warm people.
When I go there (once every 2/4 years) I always find myself enjoying the most strange things such as eating not.properly.igenic food and finding it delicious (i live in italy, i always eat home made pasta and thing like that but…no way.)
Anyway I think it’s not worth visiting if you don’t have any friend in there…too dangerous :(
