One of the greatest mega city — 2 years ago
The city is amazingly rganized, bicycle friendly, super clean, efficient mass transportaion, great food, polite and orderly people to a fault. Make sure to have sushi at Sukiji Fish Market in wee hours of morning. Some of my Tokyo favorites:
Daikanyama (many hip, small boutiques)
Omotesando (like SOHO area of NYC), love hanging out at the Anniversary cafe.
Ginza (Like Madison Ave of NY)
Sukiji Fish Market near Ginza
Ebisu
Akasaka
Roppongui Hill
puffing a stogie at the Maduro, Grand Hyatt Hotel in Roppongi Hill
