I ended up spending months and months here…mainly because i got robbed and lost everything, but i survived and a kind bolivian family helped us out. Rurrenebaque in the north and Vallegrande in the east are two of the most relaxed places i’ve ever been. Ernesto Guevara died here – in La Higuera, it was sad to go there. It just seemed as if nothing had changed since when El Che was there.
