Queensland

I’d never been to Queensland until recently, so I had no idea what to expect.

We drove up from Victoria, and in experiencing their Motorways, I’ll never complain about Melbourne Freeways again!

We didn’t really cover the a lot of the Tourist Attractions, however we did stay in Kangaroo Point which is beautiful.
We caught the ferry across to Brisbane CBD, and walked around a the streets a little.

It’s a shame I didn’t get to spend enough time looking around, but I’d definitely come back!

Oh and the weather was absolutely gorgeous (quite warm), however it does get light, quite early and it affected my sleep!

I’ve always wanted to go to Queensland because I’ve never been. It feels a bit strange actually because I live in Victoria and I seem to be the only person out of everyone I know who hasn’t been.

We’re heading up there at the end of the next month for a friend’s wedding. I know it doesn’t give me much time, but I’ll be squeezing in as much as I can!
