I spent several days camping on Fraser Island and it was heaven. However, the birds are incredibly noisy so I was awoken before dawn each morning to the screams of cockatoos. I walked a lot of the tracks, saw the brumbies, a dingo, beautiful beaches and met a lot of nice people.
