Buenos Aire : Stay in San Telmo and even if you don’t eat meat, eat meat at a Parilla and drink all the wine you can. Also see a Tango show a a place that isn’t for tourists. Buenos Aires is extremely cheap by American value and extremely by New York City value, so you can take cabs, eat out and enjoy yourself
