Can't argue with EMP...

It’s certainly ugly as all get out—I’d suggest that all Frank Gehry buildings be put on this list, but I digress.

The Harold Washington Library in Chicago isn’t so much ugly as already-been-done. Students of architecture should note that it mirrors a few other notable Chicago buildings. And as a knock-off, it’s not the best.
